Technicians Based at the site – (for Over 100 Units)

For sites which have over a 100 units, Fresh Aire (Pvt) Ltd provides two technicians who would be based at the premises on a full time basis during the working hours. All technical issues with regard to the Air Conditioning units would be attended to immediately, providing a more personalized full time consultation for the client.

This service option leads to an extended period of durability for each unit as all units would be subjected to routine inspections on a daily basis by the two service personnel who would be aware of the current condition of each individual unit.

Condition Report for each Unit.

Fresh Aire (Pvt) Ltd will maintain a condition report and a check list for each unit for maintenance of the equipment in proper working condition continually.

Minor repairs free of charge.

Fresh Aire (Pvt) Ltd will provide a free of charge service for minor repairs such as lubricating minor corrosions and application of anti-corrosive paint.

Up To 25% discount for Spare parts.

Fresh Aire (Pvt) Ltd provides special discounts up to 25% of the market price for any kind of spare part replacement.

Now Fresh Aire (Pvt) Ltd is able to supply all your air conditioner spare parts requirements under one roof. (LG/MEDIA/HAIER/PANASONIC/IDAC/SINGER/Etc.) Fresh Aire’s technical staff is trained to operate any brand of air conditioner units.

After the one (01) year warranty period, special 10% Discount will be offered on spare parts replacement for a period of four (04) years.

• Installation is Free of Charge up to five (05) meters.
• Transport charges within Colombo city limit Free of Charge.
• Removal of existing unit is Free of Charge to replacement of new unit
• After the one (01) year warranty period, Special 10% Discount will be offered on spare parts replacement for a period of four (04) years.

Period of Warranty

Five (05) years on the compressor and one (01) year on the equipment. The warranty will be automatically extended when the service agreement is renewed annually.

Fresh Aire (Pvt) Ltd has two standby technicians, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for urgent breakdown calls.

Fresh Aire (Pvt) Ltd guarantees that your breakdown call will be attended to within two (02) hours, for Colombo city and suburban areas, and within (24 hours) one day, for outstation areas. Fresh Aire (Pvt) Ltd also provides back-up equipment during the repair period.

Further Fresh Aire’s island-wide service network can facilitate any breakdown and service calls.

After Sales Service

Within the warranty period, company will provide Four (04) regular services Free of Charge. After one (01) year, service agreement should be renewed to continue the service.
